Several members of the U14 High Performance Team volunteered at a local food bank this week stocking shelves, organizing pantry items, and doing some heavy lifting. They also spoke with the manager in charge of the food bank who explained how the food is donated, organized and given to families in need.  The food bank is open to any resident of Prince William County who is in need of assistance.  More information on the food bank can be found at: http://www.nvfs.org/foodassistance
